Wow! What a great place. My girlfriend and I stayed here not knowing what to expect. We were traveling with our 2 small dogs and this place is pet friendly. Such a beautiful property and the cabins are awesome. Rustic, but very nice and cozy. Our cabin had a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living/dining area and very clean. Outdoor area with private BBQ. There is a short trail just a few steps from the property that leads to a beach with an amazing view. Great place to really relax. We throughly enjoyed our stay. From now on this will be our first choice for a place to stay anytime we are in the area. I wish I could give it more stars.

What a fantastic cozy cabin with incredibly friendly and helpful hosts nearby should you need anything. The bed is incredibly comfy, cabin is clean, and equipped with all the basics you may need. I stayed here for 5 nights on a solo trip and it was perfect. I'd love to come back sometime! Thanks for everything!!

I spent a wonderful few days here. The cabin was small but so quaint and well supplied. BBQ outside and basic kitchen pots/pans/utensils. The owners are personable and very helpful. Great location with the lake nearby and many close attractions. Dog friendly but you cannot leave dogs unsupervised so plan on taking your pup on all your adventures.

We stayed at Timbers Lodge late September with our two dogs and it was an absolute treat! Our cozy cabin was very clean with new sinks and taps. The surroundings were stunning. Nice and peaceful, lots of trees and an easy five minute walk down to the lake shore. The owners are a lovely couple who live on site and only purchased Timbers Lodge recently and have really put in the effort to update the cabins and make sure you feel welcome. Every cabin had its own parking area and outdoor porch with BBQ. The cabins are nicely spaced apart so that you feel like you have your own space. And a larger communal play area for kids and games (as well as a big fire pit) situated away from the main cabin area. I highly recommend Timbers Lodge and will be returning in the future.

My partner and I spent a long weekend at Timbers to go to the hot springs in the area and can't say enough good things. The owner David was friendly and responsive to any questions we had, the grounds were beautiful (especially the lakeside), and the cabin was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed - a lovely place to unwind. We would love to come back with a group and spend more time here.

This place is clean. Quiet and feels like home! Beds are comfy and cabins are cozy! My kids had a blast meeting new friends at the playground. The location is close to the lake and so many site seeing locations. I recommend staying here.

We had an incredible stay in cabin 3. We are usually campers, but with 2 in diapers it felt a little overwhelming. The cabin was the perfect solution - still very out in nature, Primitive enough, not to waste your time in The cabin on your devices, but comfy and well serviced enough to meet all of our needs. The cabins were well thought out, extremely clean, and charming. They were very well placed so you didn't have direct site of your neighbor, but if he wanted to the space could easily become a communal. We met lots of other campers and our kids played with other kids. The communal sports and fire pit area is a hit, And the quick walk down to the beach is beautiful and convenient. We met a lot of people that seem to come to these cabins every year, we can see why, and we can also see us joining them. Highly recommended!
